FOOD - A 'CHEATS' TOFFEE, CHOCOLATE & WALNUT CAKE

Cake - Check! Chocolate - Check! Nuts - Check! Toffee - Check! Easier than easy recipe - Check!

This is basically a twist on an already brilliant product, i LOVE this range of cake mixes, they are super tasty and really easy to put together, so...with a simple twist i give you a 'Cheats' Toffee, Walnut & Chocolate Cake. Yum!

Wrights Baking offer a wide range of bread and cake mixes (the chocolate cake is beautiful) you only have to add a couple of ingredients too which makes them even better.                                                                                                                      In addition you can also add other ingredients (i've opted for chocolate spread and walnuts in mine) to create your own twist to these already yummy mixes.

> Make up your cake mix as per the instructions on the packet (Mix cake mixture with 200ml water and 4tbsp vegetable oil)
> Add in half the crushed walnuts and stir
> Pour mixture into a greased (grease proof lined) baking tin
> Smooth out mixture and swirl through the chocolate spread to create a marbled effect (you may need to warm the chocolate first slightly, this will help it spread easier)
